Sun Hong Group was established in 2010,we supply main contractor for paper machine clothing, from forming fabric to press felt and to dryer fabrics.
Our Factory
Press felt is our core strategy products.We select advanced Texo weaving looms, wide Carding lines, the widest Fehrer needle loom and the best raw material to make press felt. We can able to make Press Felts 8-100 meters in length, and up to 8 meters in width, and make different size and weight according to the customer needs.
Our Advanced equipment
Texo weaving looms – 8 looms, size from 11m – 26m in length
Carding Lines – 3 lappers, size 5.6m, 8.2m & 12m in width
Needle Looms – 5 x Duo-zone looms, 2 x Tri-zone looms and 1 x Fehrer needle loom (13.2m)，
4 x Finishing Machines – 4.5m – 10.5m with Pre-compaction, Chemical treatment, singe abilities.
Able to make Press Felts 8 – 100+ meters in length, and up to 8 meters in width，
